Governing Law

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms and your access to our services at any time with or without cause, subject to the terms of your service agreement. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or our business interests.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and may be required to delete any downloaded materials. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms.

Severability
